If you look in your directory number configuration, then to your Call forward and call pickup section, the first entry is what you are messing with. You will need to have the correct calling search space entered, this should allow you to enter the number as you were doing before.
Many costing systems will not have the option to cost an internal call as they are essentially "free". So even if that was available to add, you would just be putting in your own made up costs anyway.
That is the Maximum you can set up. What are you trying to accomplish with this, if all 136 phones were in the hunt group it would take a call hours to get around them all and would surely start blocking all your lines with people waiting to be answered. If you can give us a better description...
It may be that the voltage is low from the port, Cisco IP systems typically give less power than a standard PBX so have these kinds of issues. You can get units that boost ringing voltage etc that just sit in line between the port and the paging system.
Also, make sure all your individual...
When you disable do a save to both sides of the cores of the PBX. This will make sure the off line side that will come on line at midnight knows they are supposed to be disabled. I would have to guess that LD 33 in midnight routines is causing this to happen.
Possible option:
Build key 0 as individual SCR numbers on each phone. Have them roll over to the same numbered SCR key 1,2,3 etc on each phone. Build a dummy analog phone corresponding to each number on all of the phones, I believe this will take away the exclusive hold and allow anyone to pick...
Make sure that it really is a DID number with the Telco, they may have short changed you, we have several missing in our so called continuous DID range
Although I fought against it for a long time, the Cisco we use has been a very good investment for us. It is expensive to start out with, but cost per user go down the more you add, so if you have expansion in mind, this may be a good option. As with all IP systems no matter which manufacturer...
A simple no cost option is to have HR send you lists of all the people who left / were asked to leave every month, there will be some delay but if this is done efficiently you will capture all the numbers going forward, you will still have to cope with current unused extensions though.
We have...
Is this what you are looking for?
xx DIG yyyy zz R/V di-1
Dial Intercom Group key
Where:
• yyyy = group number, from 0-253. For Release 13
and later from 0-2045.
• zz = member number from 0-99. The zz value
cannot be equal to or share the first digit of a 2
digit number with the SPRE code. For...
Just because it is out of your standard range does not mean it will not work like the rest of your DDI / DID numbers. Add it to your desk phone and test before putting it on the Phantom.
Is this phone active (can they get dial tone) and does the extension appear on any other phone? It could also be forwarded in an IDC table before it gets to the phone when the number comes into the PBX. Calling the extension from the same site would prove that immediately.
A standard transfer as you describe will always take up 2 lines, however, most Telco's have the ability to transfer calls through them. This does usually cost for the feature and any charges associated with the call (ie LD calls) You would typically enter a predefined code or flash or similar...
It may not be the call that is causing this, it may be the number being called. If you call x1234 it goes out of circuit 1 to the next PBX. If in that PBX the number, x1234 is pointed back to the first PBX instead of say the 3rd PBX, it will route it down the second channel, the first PBX will...
