How to assign DDI's to a phantom extn in Nortel CS1000?

Direct inward dialing. A direct number that will enable the extension to be dialed from the external world.

Oh I see, a DID. Program the phantom DN the same as the last 4 of the DID range and it will work.

So DID 214-555-5050

Phantom DN = 5050

What if the DID range is different? There must be a way I believe.

Just because it is out of your standard range does not mean it will not work like the rest of your DDI / DID numbers. Add it to your desk phone and test before putting it on the Phantom.
