CS1000 call pilot not answering

Hello,

I have a CS1000 5.5 and the auto attendant isn't answering incoming calls. Either T1 circuit and backup analog lines.
I confirmed with the telco provider that the T1 circuit is fully functional, which it is. I also tested the analog trunk lines all are fully functional. The problem is intermittent since it has only happened on the last two Mondays.
If i call the pilot number the call just goes to dead air.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this ?

When i experience the problem there are still channels that are idle.



 
On the CP server - what does the MAS trace window show as being down? Whatever service it say is down, attempt to manually restart it. If you can't or it doesn't start, then reboot.
 
Check for a holiday schedule directing calls to a non existent recording etc
 
Thanks for all the suggestions, there was a loop on the day control for Mondays. May have accidentally happened the KVM switch was bad screen flickering.
