We are using Cisco VoIp and are having problems getting the call-forward-all feature to work. When the softkey is pressed, we hear silence, which I assume is the time allowing me to enter the destination DN I want the calls to forward to. As soon as I hit any numerical key on the phone, I get the recording - "Yiour call cannot be completed as dialed. Please consult your directory..."

I'm hoping someone has experieneced this issue and has a fix for it.

Thank you.

If you look in your directory number configuration, then to your Call forward and call pickup section, the first entry is what you are messing with. You will need to have the correct calling search space entered, this should allow you to enter the number as you were doing before.
