You say "put out a change"; how does Heartland change the CC software that's in a e7 POS system? I didn't think HL could do that. Who actually changed something? Did Micros perform an update to the e7?

Seriously? Did someone actually tell you that you can delete transactions without any audit trail? Are you stating that Future POS has that capability? If yes, how can you be sure that's accurate?

What effect does hitting Double have now? It sounds like it is a zero priced modifier? Wouldn't a Double button typically have a price associated with it like a Tall button? Drink $6 Hit Double ($2) twice and it adds $4 to the drink price

What are current IDN dip switch settings? What is the ptr # supposed to be? IOW, what does Micros POS device table think the ptr # is? Have you moved IDN card into another ptr to verify it works?
