micros e7 stand alone system v4.1 heartland credit card issue

on 3/9 heartland put out a change to the micros e7 sa system.
Since the change the system has sent thru out of 150 c.c.s it charged 48 of those cards 22 times. this has caused major problems and hl refuses to accept responsibility

anyone have this problem? all I did was change url as per HL.

You say "put out a change"; how does Heartland change the CC software that's in a e7 POS system? I didn't think HL could do that. Who actually changed something? Did Micros perform an update to the e7?
