Micros 3700 WS6 and IDN printing

Hello,
We have a new install of 5.5 along with WS6. We are unable to get the IDN port recognized on ws6. The confidence test does not detect it. I have copied the common files from a working 5.4 with no success.
Oracle support hasn't been very helpful. Has anyone encountered this? Any other suggestions?

What are current IDN dip switch settings?
What is the ptr # supposed to be? IOW, what does Micros POS device table think the ptr # is?
Have you moved IDN card into another ptr to verify it works?

The WS6 isn't recognizing an IDN port. Its not a printer issue or IDN card.

I think that's an issue with the drivers. It happened to me on some mounted tablets I bought from our Micros dealer. They sent out a tech who had to reimage the workstations.
