E7 & Heartland (Chockstone Gift Cards)

Set up Chockstone gift cards in E7 with a Heartland Rep on the line, when we were finished and tried to issue a gift card we receive an error of ( Inquiry not allowed ) Heartland has escalated the issue, but I am trying to get this going ASAP. If anyone can offer any insight on this issue, it would be very much appreciated.
