Definitly cannot channelize PRI. Since you have to route calls w/ dest. codes on PRI.......can you set a destination code for just your fax users? Say....all traffic is going out with a leading 9 in your destination codes (w/ exception to 411 and such) can you create a destenation code, say 8...
