MICS & CallPilot Remote Cfwd Help

Does anybody know if it's possible to call forward your extension to another (external) extension (not the vmail dn) remotely by logging into your mbox?

I have tried and tried and all I can do is fwd to vmail remotely. This is needed in order to be able to forward an extension to another (external) extension when out of the building and nobody is physically there to forward it for me.

Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Sorry, I guess it would help if I mentioned the s/w details... MICS 6.0 and Call Pilot 150 with 2.0 software.

All I can think of is setting up outbound transfer to external number.

Sadly, I can't... a few months back I had to modify all classes of service to disallow the outbound transfer feature, since our system got broken into and thousands of dollars in overseas calls were made using that feature. I appreciate the feedback.... any other possible suggestions? Thanks much.

Open the CallPilot back up for outdialing and filter your voice mail channels on the Norstar side? Just a thought.
