H'lo techs , simple scenario BCM A (400) connected to pstn (r2mfc module E1) tandems calls to BCM B (200) over IP trunks. When extension 6116 at BCM B is called the last 6 is dropped by BCM A thus sending digits 611 to BCM B .This leaves BCM B with no choice but to send the call with digits 611 to the prime set of BCM B.

Someone please help.

Arbsorbed digits is already set to zero........

thanks much ,Private Digits are already set to 4 ......

Have you used the BCM Monitor program to verify that the number is being sent or not?

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

bcm monitor shows 3 digits leaving site A

Sounds like the private DN length on site a, not the private recieved digits.

site B shows that 3 digits are being received....p dn lgnth ok.......

Sorry Is the route at site a set to pulic or private ?

****

Just for laughs, try setting the private dialing digits to 5 and place # after your string.

If 3 digits are leving the BCM, which digit is missing the 1st or last??
