Single Day of the week Greeting Table / AA

Hello,

I am using CallPilot 37.00.87.22, on the BCM 400

I need to schedule a single CCR to play on Thursday Mornings,

The greeting/ccr cannot play during Non Business

This greeting/ccr does not play any other time of the week,

I am limited due to the 4 time slots being utilized withing the Greeting Tables

Ideally this would happen automatically,

Am I missing something here ?

Any help appreciated

How many different greetings and/or CCR trees are in use during any day other than thursday?

About the only way I can think of for this to happen "automatically", is to use the Holiday greeting CCR tree and add EVERY thursday as a Holiday.

I'm not aware of a means of changing the tree by day of week.

There are 3 in use for every other day:

Normal, Lunch, Non-Business

Just a shot in the dark, don't know if this would really work for your apllication.

You have 1 too many greetings. Holidays are 1 option. If they could get by without lunch then you could do it. I personally would try to get them to drop the lunch, include in regular greeting that lunch is from X to Y. The customer will never keep up with the holidays.

or unsure how best to proceed:

My special Thursday only greeting, only plays from 9AM until 1PM, after which is regular business hours until 8PM (non business)

If you could help that would be great
