Having the same problem , but trying to prove to the lec that its their problem is a headace in itself but it is their equipement or you would not be able to callout the fast busy comes from their equip. ,if it was your programing you would get reorder tone

The reason you can't renumber is because when use the 2 digit numbering system you have only a few choices of numbering that you can change starting at 6700 ,your digit use from 10 to 66 so 1,2, 3, 4, 5, & 6to 66 are used by the system ,7, 8, & 9 are system options ,do like merlinman said...
