Create user contacts for all the external addresses you need to forward the mail to.
Then create a new distribution list, add the new contacts to it. Bobs your uncle.
Alternatively you can add a rule in Outlook to achieve this also.

You may have to create a new gpo which sets the Default Gateway to "False" and apply it to an OU create specifically for the numpty!

Sounds like the machines have got there DNS a bit mixed up.
I would run a flushdns then reg dns and go from there.

Many different ways to do it. change the permissions on the Programfiles\app1 and Programfiles\app2 folders to reflect what you want.

If its a 40GB compressed then it would be 20GB uncompressed so there "probably" isn't a problem as such.
I would hazzard a guess that thye files you're backing up aren't compressable; can I ask which types you are backing up?

Go into your GPO or make a new one, use the default or however you do it:
Computer Config - Admin Templates - Network - Network Connections - Windows Firewall
Then Windows Firewall: Protect all NW Connections - and set this to Disable then any XP PC with Windows Firewall will have this...
its all about your Inheritance and Precedence ordering.

I did this recently.
Place you default screen saver in .SCR format in a shared location (even hidden \\server\share$ ) then set the permissions for who can change it and who has read and execute only!

Unfortunately, you can't have 2 separate networks on the same ip range so the only choice is to change one of them.
