remote access to specific programs

Client is using 2003 server and wants remote users to be limited to specific programs for example some will need to access to quickbooks only, and some to payroll info only and some to both previous but not full admin rights. Can this be done if so how?

Many different ways to do it. change the permissions on the Programfiles\app1 and Programfiles\app2 folders to reflect what you want.

I think thats the easiest way to do it.
