Make sure each mailbox is "blind xfer". You will find this setting in voice mail admin F983. With Blind xfer the Flash transfer the call and forgets about it.
Also be sure your rings until recall transfer are LONGER than your CFNA ring timer.

If lines are all copper and you are keeping the same software module... back up with a RAD, remove software module, replace KSU, reinsert software. It should come up with all programming intact. If not load your back up.

F985 will give you main DN. they will then be sequential based on number of ports.
In System programing you will find them under MAINTENANCE they will be ports X01, X02, X03 etc. X being the module port the the fibre is plugged into.
Of course the NAM must be working at the time you check

Sounds like all your phones are in the hunt group so remove the ones you don't want to ring.
If this is becoming too confusing I suggest you hire a vendor to sort it out.

I know I wouldn't put this kind of troubleshooting in the hands of one of my customers. Get in the car and go for a drive or hire a sub in the area. If your customer is too far away for you to properly service... rethink having remote customers. Good PR... good for business.

HG programming is the first heading under SYSTEM PROGRAMING. If phones are aleady assigned to the correct HG and the HG is in broadcast mode they should ring.

don't forget that on the toshiba systems the volume controlon the DK sets controls the volume of the current function. if speaking on a co it controls that volume, if on the intercom it controls the IC volume. they remain set and independant for each function.

It really depends on which version system and software you're using. As well you need to know how to access and navigate through the programming screens. I recommend you hire a qualified vendor.

The redirect dn is only a problem with MICS 5.0 software. It is possible whacky software incompatibilities are causing other non related issues. Upgrade it to 4.1. You may still have to default and reprogram the voice mail to clean out any weird stuff.

Are you sure you are hearing CO dial tone. Is it possible one of your greetings is recorded dial tone. Have a listen to your greetings and ccr home recording from INSIDE the voice mail.

You REALLY risk burning the cap by shorting it. Do the math...
You've got a fully charged 5 volt cap and a paper clip which has a resistance of 0.1 ohms
Current = Volts / Resistance
50 amps running through that paper clip... enough current to weld.

This is a CICS It can't use it own T1
Channel bank splits a T1 for different uses data/voice
If your Audiocodes Mediant Gateway can simulate dial tone it will work. I'm not familiar withthis product.

Are you sure F987 is correct code, do F9*1 to verify codes
Also you can program F987 or whatever the correct code is to a memory button that has an indicator. It will flash when interrupt is allowed.
NVM or CP interface makes no difference
