Norstar Plus Compact ICS

Hi All,

I am having trouble with a Norstar Plus Compact ICS. I need to replace the cabinet. How can I backup the system programming? There is a flash card in the existing cabinet.

you need IRAD enabled software, laptop with a modem and Norstar Remote Utilities software

Powerflower is right. If you can get your hands on an external rad, you can put it on an available port that way your wouldn't have to purchase software to enable the internal one; however the NRU is pretty expensive.
