Well I finally figured it.... had to mess with the dial string until I found something that worked. I don't know if this is the "right" way to do it but it works for me....
Dial String For Pager:
2125551212;;;T1212#Q
Where 212-555-1212 is the number of the pager and 1212 is displayed on the...
Hello all -
I have had an IVS w/ and AD40 VM dumped into my lap and when it comes to this system I am pretty ignorant.
I am trying to set up remote notification to a pager and I am just missing something.
I have remote notification to a phone working without issue and when I put an actual...
Thanks for the DTI2 Config. I told the Mitel folks that I was done with them and made them configure a PRI. I am using IFC = NI2 with the M1 as net. I have used this config several times withno trouble. Odd that I could not make a DTI span work.

The circuit is up and running. Depending on the siganlling config, calls will work in one direction. Sometimes it is NT to Mitel, others it is Mitel to NT.
I am attempting to configure a TIE line between a CS1000 and SX2000.
I know nothing about the Mitel system and I don't think th distributor does either.....
I have been through various configurations and can get it working in on direction only. Depending on the configuration used it is either...
As I understand it, the paging is at a remote site. You connect to the Valcom, but just can not break the tone to select the zone. The problem is likely the Valcom is not returning answer supervision. You can try MANO = YES in the RDB.
Just make your spread sheet with what ever fields you wish to populate. DN, Last Name, First Name, etc...
I think you get an opportunity to map the fields during the upload.
I would reccoemdn that you save it as a csv as I have had much better luck with that file type than the xls.
If you have a Call Pilot Mini, you will not need a CDN only the ACD Queue. The CP Mini should have come with a disk that has the documentation. The configuration of the PBX to integrate with the CP Mini is a fairly straight forward procedure. The book on the CD that will do you the most good...
You will find AC1 in your network programming in LD 86, I believe. You have to have you flexable tones and feature code stuff defined in ld 56 / 57 first, and then in LD 86 where AC1 is defined you can assign the new tone to it.
Some things I would think of...
1. Set firmware. Since you mentioned that the sets are M3900 series phones, I would doubt the original phones and new phones are flashed with the same code. While this is not the root cause, I would suspect that the difference in flash would cause slightly...
Sure you can build a CLID table and assign it to what ever phones are calling. Beware whatever number is dialed from the DN will get the same CLID, and not just the one "client".
Nice... CLASS telephones are used in conjuntion with class cards to provide CLID information to an analog phone. You might have a look at the Software Features Guide and read up on CLASS sets. It sounds like to me that the order was incorrectly placed as analog should not update to class...
Yes you can change the SYNC STATUS from TRN to NEW. You want to select them all and then do a gloabl update. On the global update configuration, pick sync status, old value = trn and new value = new.
If your OTM only has 250 TN's and you want to do 500, you are on the right track. Do a...
Look in the system event viewer for a DCOM error 10009.
The details should say something about unable to communicate with computer xxx using any of the configured protocols.
If this is the error for you the fix is.....
Run dcomcnfg
Select component services, computers, my computer
Right-click...
