We need that when an especific Ext. call to a client, the ANI will send Blocked, this because we don't need that the clients call direct to this extensions.
It is possible this question for an especific Ext. or TN?
Sure you can build a CLID table and assign it to what ever phones are calling. Beware whatever number is dialed from the DN will get the same CLID, and not just the one "client".
You can have a specific extention on any phone block the caller ID it sends, or to send out a generic number for your company. build your CLID table accordingly and program the key to that clid entry.
ld 21 prt clid and ld 15 chg net to add new tables.. then to assign a clid table to a dn
ld 11
chg
2616
echg yep
key 0 scr 4777 2
would assign clid table 2.. the default is table 0.. BUT make sure your provider is reading that field.. my local provider does so i can send the dept dn, the listed dn for the site or the did.. my ld carrier sends just the main listed number... that is due to the way the service was ordered prior to install..
At this momment the CLID table that i have to change the Ext. number is below:
LD 15
CLID
Size 256
RNGE
INTL
ENTRY 2
HNTN 000
HLCL 000
DIDN NO
HLOC 000
LSC
---------
And in the Ext. DN i have the SCR Below:
The only issue with clba is that it will also block your cdp dialing if you have it. The far end will get xxxx on their display. I just came across this last week. Because clba is a isdn feature it will be blocked across pri tie lines.
