I've got an option 11c rls 25.30, I want to copy all extensions configuration to another PBX (I want do this because I can´t download any backup from the 11c 25.30 PBX, I can´t do EDD in LD 43), I want to copy all programming to a new SSC card. I´m using OTM 2.1 for downloading information from crash PBX, My question:

*The crash PBX has 500 extensions and the OTM has just 250 extensions license, Can I download card by card (card extensions) information from the crash PBX and transfer it to new PBX and then delete from OTM to start a new card information download (For avoiding licence exceed)?

* When I download the extensions they appear as TRN (Sync status) I can´t change the status to NEW, Is This the procedure for transfering to new PBX (Put the extensions as NEW)?

*I read about an OTM feature called cloning, I dont know If is it better to use this feature

I think this would work since everything has a unique card association. Have you tried getting the backup off the z:/ drive of the bad SSC card?

Thanks atascoman,
I retreived extension information from the crash PBX, I want to transmit this information to a new PBX, Can I change the syn status of the extensions from TRN to NEW to transmit them to a new PBX? If so How can I do it? Because If I change something the sync status change to CHG

Yes you can change the SYNC STATUS from TRN to NEW. You want to select them all and then do a gloabl update. On the global update configuration, pick sync status, old value = trn and new value = new.

If your OTM only has 250 TN's and you want to do 500, you are on the right track. Do a specify download to get the first 250 and then another one for the second 250.

Good Luck.

Thanks Engine1

One more questions, When I finish the transference of the 250 extensions from crash PBX to the new one, Do I just delete transmited extensions and begin the process again for the additional 250 extensions?
