Can be tricky. Most time publishing should be fine, but there are times when you may need to run the report in the designer on the server itself just to make sure there is a connection to the source.(Verify Database etc.) I have seen cases where the report thinks the datasource has changed...

personally, I would avoid this if possible. Rather opt for a reinstall on the new server in the new domain. Mostly beacuse the machine name is used for naming all of the server and is stored in the APS database. I think you see where this is going... Renaming a CE system can be kind of upgly...
