CR8.5 runtime .exes and XP

We have a number of compiled CR8.5 reports that we have installed on WIN98/W2K machines that work without error.
When loaded on and XP machine the exe displays the print window and then fails with a CCRUN dialog error.

Has anyone run into this problem?
