configurable SI_STARTTIME format???

Hello.

I have scheduled reports to have %SI_STARTTIME% appended to the end of their name. However, I was wondering if it was possible to format the date time information that this variable appends. For example, right now it appends YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS ... I would like YYYY-MM-DD only. Is this variable's format configurable?

Any thoughts?

This is a default setting I suspect to really avoid duplicate filenames. As for changing this, perhaps through the SDK in some way (custom CSP app), but so far as I know not from within the CMC
