    just copy announcements that are customized and being used...so u must check each group and find out what greetings to copy...as far as rest of dats just copy all...as i said do dir/*.dat for list of all dats. dats all there is to it

    copy *.dat to floppy..since it will prob take more than 1 floppy you will need to make list of all dat files in use..WHere did u get your instructions..did you call cintech support yet...believe announcements ,even zipped will not fit on a floppy...If u go thru config and only copy the ones used...

    How about 4 asm lines to 4 trunks then have the 4 trunks ring to other 4 ports on asm...i asume the dictaphone is for internal use so all call to it will now be seen as external inbound.
