We have a location with a Nortel MICS 4.0 that was recently installed. Customer says Line 3 is not working. Had telco out and tested fine to panel. What can be done to test programming and / or bad hardware? Trying to walk someone over the phone to help since it is quite a distance away. Thanks!

Sam173 and lugerlover are right. Any troubleshooting would require a punch tool and butt set.

First I would ask them did they skip the 3rd and 4th pin then terminate line 3 onto the 5th or did the terminate line 3 onto the 3rd pin which is wrong, you can see the wire pinouts in the FAQs tab.
Also try pin 6.
