100% sure you "Save & make live" on the VMPro?
Try adding another wave in the prompt list, something pre-recorded, see if you can hear that.
If that fails, rebuild the module and give it a simple name like Entry or Start, configure SC accordingly.

Yes, I've done a few. The disable part, that's to prevent multiple announcements?
(BTW: These kind of setups should not be the primary alarm for something serious, like fire, attacks or robbery)

Mike, have you upgraded to 9.1 yet? If so, you have the licenses needed for database collection.
IIRC you had some issues with the contact closure before, I guess that has been fixed now:)
If you go for the DB, you can even grant/deny access based on time/day/calendar, and log everything...
VMPro will work, if you allow for 1 caller to stay queued.
(you always get Queue Pos 1 or higher when in an announcement for a HG)
Anyway, this would still suck since the caller first hears ringing, then a click, and then busy tone - like someone just cut you off.

Well, then initial HG with immediate overflow and looooong timer will work just fine.
Reporting shouldn't be a problem either, if configured correctly.

Are you trying to play the welcome messages based on agent(s) being logged in?
If not, do as Okkie suggested, but set the overflow to 3000 sec. This way it will only go to VM if no-one is logged in.

Florian is on to something there, better copy $TAG to $CPxx.
But if you really want to use TAG directly, try this->
- Add a Speak Text-action in the callflow. Enter this: Here it comes $TAG
Call in and hear what numbers are read back to you.
(For all I know there could be "" added to the...
Never heard of anyone putting the Appearance buttons on the sidecar before:)
Clearly someone reconfigured the buttons after the module was taken away.

You need something to trigger the callback, and that's where the IPO falls short.
You could have an alarm running every minute, but that's would be exhausting to program and really silly.
Easier to train the human agent to look for a tag on the incoming call and transfer to (or trigger) a...
Could have been more accurate there - only if call is within VMPro it can delay a change. I've seen this a few times, and I know a few other members here have experienced the same.
See if the changes show up after a while. (and +1 on Andy's comment - RDP is murder)

Seen VMPro R9+ take up to 5 minutes to publish changes, or if the system is busy handling calls it can take a while.
