Now,

My customer has a request.

They want to be able to logoff from a huntgroup while the phone is receiving (ringing) a huntgroup call.

And when they do that, the ringing call has to put back in the queue.

They say that this was possible on their old system (IPO rel 3.2)

Now, I don't believe this, but I want to be sure.

Any one who knows if this is possible (nouser source code?)

Tried pushing a free Appearance button, hang up and push HG toggle button? (set 2+ sec wrap up time)

Kind regards

Gunnar

It probably had overflow back to the same group. Set the overflow timer to 5 seconds and Johann's your uncle.

I'm gonna try that one holdmusic..

If it's not collective you can press Drop and that will stop the phone ringing, then log off, but sounds like a great way to piss people off :)

Of course it is collective.

next to that, old 54xx stations... (Scrooge company) :)

Just tell your customer the same thing we tell ours when they ask for such things. The system is designed to get calls answered as quickly and efficiently as possible, it isn't designed to help people evade calls :)

Unplug the phone from the wall jacket or take a scissor and cut the wiring or just ignore the ringing and go home

:)

I told the customer the system is meant to ANSWER calls...

But they want to avoid working I supose...

But the the calls is not put back in de queue again.

Oh f*ck it.

simply just NOT possible...

Try the overflow wor i sajested.

i did, but you cannot overflow to your own huntgroup

Setup the no answer log off option. It will stop ringing :)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
