Any thoughts before I return an IPO for replacement.
I have a customer where we have install around 10 IPOs all with SIP trunks. All are working great except one. Now I might have missed a setting or something (which I hope). The problem IPO just drops all the trunks and the customer had to log into the IPO and send a reboot command. After the IPO reboot and everything is good. It's a new install (been in place for a few weeks) and it's only happen once. Does anyone see this as fluke or do you think it could be chronic?
