i perform a backup from CM to a local PC that acts as FTP server.
you can perform that from CM menus Backup/restore
by the way, there restore process will be successfully but u will not be able to log in the CM.
i do not know why?

I tried to apply the :reg ucm sys and it get an error "token.ini cannot be found" and then i got the following erros at CS and Mc32s when i tried to login:

and i have 20 IPphones 1150 and 1140 and the call volume is good.
u have the problem in internal and external calls?
if only in the external calls, what is the type of trunks (digital or analog)

try to apply the reg ucm sys for all elements?
why u have a member not a backup ucm in your system?
Please upload the output of reg ucm sys
i think u can check the difference as:if u know the two products and u want to add a digital line or a E1.
how much time will it with u in both products?
