all equipment not join to Element Manager

in cs1000E release 6.0
after I have take something mistake and reboot SS-primary(EM+TPS)and SS-member(NRS+TPS)
I cannot access call server , NRS etc. on EM
but everything about phone is work it make me know NRS is working

when i access callserver it has error about authentication user and Radius not config

I think i disable TLS on SS and reboot it that's a cause of problem

Can someone told me how to make how to make all equipment join to ECM like usual

how many elements u have in your system?
try to apply the reg ucm sys for all elements?
why u have a member not a backup ucm in your system?
