Utility Server for CDR

Hi guys, we've been trying to use an Aura 6.0 Utility Server as a local CDR collector, however we get no reports after several days and the logs only show the following:

Displaying the contents of the CDR Collector's Activity LogCreating New Log File
ERROR:SSH returned: 255

As documentation on this is pretty sparse right now, we're hoping if any of you has already experienced configured this. Thanks!

Did you solve this problem.. i am facing the same problem? on CM 5.2 MBT.
Please advise.?
