Guys the only place I can find it is

configure time server
It looks like it's a complete process, so I backed away. If I find it somewhere else, I'll post it.

i know that if you go into the maintenance web page, clicking 'configure server', when going through the initial windows, it gives you the option of only doing individual components. i could get to the NTP section and configure that all on its own.
