CS1000E 7.5

We just upgraded our system to 7.5. We use to have OTM, but now that the phone edit portion of OTM is built-in now I want to use that. My question is, is there a way to schedule a retireve on the system for say every night?

Also we had the Corporate Directory setup with OTM to where we could add in extra information. Is there a way to make additions to the corporate directory under 7.5?

i think u need to upgrade the otm software to tm

OTM is having problem communicating with Release 4 and up. You need to upgrade your OTM to the latest TM.

TM does not work with 7.5.


Corp Dir in 7.5 needs to be handled by Subsriber Manager. You should be able to edit the file before before uploading to the Call server.
