In our system for user password policy, we have each manager with a domain user through active directory and use those in the MICROS setup. Therefore all the password management happens at the AD level.
What exactly are you trying to do... your query above will give you all the detail rows, but i am assuming you are trying to get the summarized numbers on the guest check?

If it is a transactional intgration the API is really needed. If you are simply trying to inegrate an ETL type solution you can access data rather easily.
Micros does. Wade Holt wrote this when he was employed by MICROS of Colorado. Corporate MICROS has since bought that dealer and I have had MICROS account managers offer this up for free.
