    IPO 500, 5420 and EU24, just got :

    checkout marketingtools.avaya.com/knowledgebase and goto the Installation, IP Office, then section F for EU24. Has a good wee diagram. Power is on pins 7 & 8 i think, although no pinouts on that page.. so 2 wire lead only going to give a signal on 4 & 5, with a big air gap on 7 & 8.. Cheers,

    I haven't tried it, but for those smaller situ's, could the ddi be sent to the primary user WITH multiple appearances, and secondary user has coverage of that user? rather than using groups.. you'd lose hunt group message individuality? ie queue ddi and reception user mailbox all the same...

    bugger. mmmm Quite right... if it's a real user givin jip then it won't be a network card? It's not a dodgy power supply on the DS module is it? We had a module that only let the phones on the left side of the unit work (DS30) turned out to be the power supply not giving all that it shoulda.

    As kwing112000 says, there is a DS port plugged into a network card or analog phone somewhere most likely. Customers patch things themselves sometimes and the network card is most likely scenario for making the DS module reset. It'l be a desk that doesn't get used much or something random.!
