Upgrading from 3.2.69 to 4.2.23 Failed

Dears,

I'm getting the follwoing error when upgrading the IP Office 406 V2 from 3.2.69 to 4.2.23

"All selected units failed to transfer".

has any body experienced the same?

You use the wrong password.

Try "password"

A 406v2 does not need the 3.2.999 to go to 4.2!

someone hasn't changed the "System" password from default in the security settings have they... doh...
 
I have seen it go corrupted without changing.
Only thing that worked was using DTE adn default it.
