The exact same thing happened to me. Conclusion from MCK was that the flash memory on the board was defective. Had to replace the unit. The image was there but couldn't load into the flash memory, saw an error and kept rebooting. Don't know if it helps but i thought i could share!!
BTW I'm using ADSL high speed at 1.5 Mb/s with 2 NEC bluefire router IX2010. There is no computers on the ADSL. It is used only for VoIP.
