PC Attendant on Elite 192 trouble

Anyone using PC Attendant and have it working well? I have a customer that is using PC Attendant w/ CT-U Adapter and it is a total dog. Common problems are:

Application freezes and has to be restarted. Sometimes PC needs to be rebooted.

Calls intermittently dropped.

I've installed a number of those CT-U adapters and had very few trouble with them. One of them was giving me the same trouble as what you are describing and figured out that the software i was trying to interface it with was not compatible and not supported by NEC therefore i changed the software i was using!!!

Actually I have since repaired the issue. NEC recommended uninstall and reinstall of the Elite APP software. I was under the impression that another tech had done this already. It's workin great on XP sp2.
