I'd have to agree with phoneguru CICS is too small for your projected needs. Had you said growth potential was over 5 years then yes buy a CICS now and upgrade when you outgrow it. Go with MICS now. With a Call Pilot 100 attached you can have upto a max of 22 phones CICS.
I also have to...
Sam the only thing I can suggest is you find a new vendor who will sell you the upgrade (which comes with manuals by the way) and a relevant Flash guide based on your flash software version (which also may require upgrading). This forum is not for solicitation and anyone who attempts to sell on...
All is available as you describe with your current eq. If you wish to go to a third level in auto-attendant, you will need to change the flash to Call Pilot. A possible upgrade in MICS software might then be required. As Bkrike recoomends... find a KNOWLEDGABLE vendor in your area.

I'm pretty sure the release number of the sets in question is 17 and higher. Also the sets will have the Norstar logo printed on the top instead of meridian.

The delay is being caused by either gateways or more likely the DSL lines (routing through your ISP's -raw internet - to the remote end and back). Unless you put in a point to point connection that's probably the best you'll get. You might want to talk to your ISP to see they can tweek it.

You need to put call forward no answer on your phone lines (timer longer than the autoattendant answer delay). That way if a call goes unanswered by the autoattendant it will be diverted and you'll know there is a problem.

None... ATA2 will give an analog circuit you can run over an OPX circuit... call your local teleco they will price it for you... based on distance. Analog phone at the remote end only.
