I am busy with building an easy to use website for clearing alarms, events and errors
At this moment i have done all the maintenance objects and events codes.
My second project on this site will be the error list for all the objects.
Just give it a try and let me know what you think about this...
Yes i did, and i know you can do this and see a lot for that station, but i need to see this for the whole company.
We want to monitor this for a couple of weeks to find out if we need to change the config,we dont want people the wait a long time before a call is anwserd our even dont come...
Hello,
I am looking for something where i can monitor my call routing for incoming calls.
Like, there is a incoming call for station 2222, station 2222 does not answer and the call will go into cover to station 2244 this station will answer or maybe the call dit go to the second coverpoint.
Or...
I have installed this before and no problems with calls dropping.
can you tell a little more about the configuration ?
What are you using to connect the 2 locations, and is this a new installation or an upgrade.
I suppose you have a 8700 Multi Connect.
Things like that can maybe help.

Hello,
Yes you can do this with tenants partitioning.
i did copy the info into a smal pdf file because the complete file is really big.

I hope this is wat you wanted to know.
Greets, Bob
could you tell a little more about your situation.
Like what kind of system/software you have.
Do you have a datamodule on your station programmed ?
Did you change the COS for that station ?
maybe some silly questions but all information will help.
greets, Bob
Yes this will work but there are a few things
to look at before you do this
I would do a change circuit-packs and add the card.
then assign the data module and the same announcements numbers to definity B
but when you do this you have to look first in definity A
and do a list...
I think that you dont have the right to do that.
Could you please look at your service level and your permissions first.
"disp login XXXX" (XXXX = your login ID)
If you cant do this comand try than "list login"
and "display permissions XXXX"
(XXXX = your login ID)...
This is the pinouts of the DCE connector.
a straight serial cable should be working.
Signal Name Processor (P1) DCE
(Amphenol Connector)
CDR-CTS 49 5
CDR-DCD 24 8
CDR-DSR 12 6
CDR-DTR...
Login to the BP website and do a search on "bulletin" without the "
now you see a link called "Technical Bulletins - 2002 "
click this link and go to bulletin 65, you can find your anwser there.
Greets, Bob
if you want to do this for one time than you can simple log
the CDR port with an terminal program like procomm.
you need a program that can log the output.
you can monitor the CDR information from your DCE port.
after that you can open the logfile in excel for a better overview.
you have to turn...
Hello,
I would like to know if this is possible with procomm.
A server is dailing in to a pc with procomm running on it
via an analog modem.
The server sends his string (message) but would like to have an acknowledgment back.
then procomm have to send the string from the server via DDE to an...
Enter the maximum interval that the switch should wait after
sending a seizure signal to receive seizure acknowledgment
from the far-end.
If the acknowledgment is not received in this time, a seizure failure response is uplinked.
hope that this short description will help you
Greets, Bob
Listed Directory Numbers allows Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers to be treated as public Listed Directory Numbers (LDNs).
When one of these numbers is direct inward dialed, the calling party is routed to the attendant.
The attendant display indicates a Listed Directory Number call and the...
I use this feature already for a while
and i know that you cant use it with softkey buttons.
you have to add two buttons, the msg-retr and the
delete-msg like maarten say.
But you have to change also the system-parameters feature
"maximum numbers of external calls logged per station"...
Sorry for the late reply Scott
First thing you have to do is add your bri trunk board.
add bri-trunk-board xxxxx (expl. 01a08)
than you can give it a name like faxsrv
companding mode: a-law or mu-law (dont know what you use)
port 1: network
protocol:i use etsi
Tei: auto (if auto not works you...
Can someone tell me please how the data tracker works with
alarm outcalling on the Definity ?
someone say that it works great but i hear also
negative things on this
who have experience with this ?
Thanks
Greets, Bob Fox
if you have Release 6 issue 2 or higher you can make an
ISDN BRI Trunk for your isdn-faxserver.
check first if in the system customer options ISDN BRI trunks is set to Y. (i think page 2)
then you need also a TN556 board.
If you have all of this let me now and i will
give you all the settings...
