Definity - AVAYA 2420 speed dial 2

does anyone know how to save speed dial numbers from a 2420 phone set? they are not saved on the PBX. I replaced a phone for someone and their number were all gone.

so far as i know they are saved on the station only.
so when you move a station the speed-dail numbers on that station will also move.

That's indeed a great disadvantage of the 2420 station. The 4610 and 4620 save their Speeddial to FTP-server automatically, so it will never be lost, but the 24xx series don't...
