If I am understanding this correctly you will need to program user SC for the users in each department to go to separate ARS tables. In each of those separate tables you would program the pilot number of that group in the Nsi. Name each ARS that department name.

But what I have described would do that exactly. they would not hear anymore ringing until the next person becomes available and would hear music. I do not believe the auto parking can happen but the still queued would do exactly what you are asking for.

What version are we working with here? Why not just programmed a Still Queued that says that message and then remains in a loop? you can also program EWT or position (I prefer position) as the EWT polls from the last few number of calls average and can sometimes not be accurate. Position...
Yes always use SSa and Monitor to capture prior to any failure. Whe you say the DT goes away at that time I assume they can still call internally? If not what exactly do the phones do? What kind of trunks are we talking about? Need more input here.

I have recently had some of the same issues with the UC110 where I have shipped out 2 new ones, 2 different sites and runs fine for a month or so then crashes. Since my customer has basically said they do not want to continue this I have left the UC110 module in the slot and they have provided...

Calls come into 1000 MAIN HG and after 18 seconds rolls over to 1200 ATT Overflow which has 5 members and 3 of those members have a HG key with ATT Overflow on it.
If you call 1200 HG directly the keys flash indicate BUT any calls that start at 1000 MAIN and then...
Yes it is typically that straight forward. However the conversion to 7 does take a bit longer on the last steps as it reformats. With that being said if something fails, reverting is not a great option. Just make sure you use the right tool on the right step.

What are all the specs when they upgraded to Windows 10? Java version? Firewall? Windows 10 and the latest Java are highly secure so typically you have a ton to allow and unlock.

I have mine running on a windows 7 32 bit and got it from the Avaya link. I agree with Firebird the only known issues are with the Java 8 which now has a power point work around to get around that. Have you tried wiping away all old instances of your current EM and then retrying? If you're...
You will also need to make the prime set for that target line the Call Pilot DN number (Feature 985) and then you can add that target line in the Express Messaging Line section of the mailbox.

Yes it works and it is 8.1. I saw a prior thread that talked about hitting F9 while in the back up mode but all that did was take me to the general admin tab and there were no options under there as I had already looked. I was hoping someone had ran into this with a fix prior to me just...
Point the 9N to an ARS table and add the 9 in the dial of the ARS table to go to your ID 10.

There is no back up voicemail programmed in IP...
