I already know ... very few techs like the UC110 Mods....

BUT - I have a national dealer who has 20+ maintenance contracts on IPO systems w/ UC110s installed ... and insists on using them and replacing when defective???

So I sent them (2) new UC110s - V1s as I still have a box of them.

No problems with the initial install of correct VMPRO 9.1.X SW - to match their SW load on their CU ... both were running for a few weeks then crashed.

None of the new V1 UC110s we have and ship are in the SN range or PCS # from Avaya's UC110 PCN about the faulty SS Drives.

I am attaching the screen shot of one that the tech says can't be reloaded after crashing ....

Any ideas what is causing it?

Thanks!

I have recently had some of the same issues with the UC110 where I have shipped out 2 new ones, 2 different sites and runs fine for a month or so then crashes. Since my customer has basically said they do not want to continue this I have left the UC110 module in the slot and they have provided a windows machine for VM PRO. As long as the UCM remains in the system the license will remain. I know it was not your answer you were looking for but wanted to hare.
