Pulling my hair out!
I'm installing a MICS on a customer site with a standard PRI set up.
The provider Time Warner Installed a Cisco 2900.
We can recieve calles fine but when we call out the call is instantly cut off when answered.
I have adgusted everything 1000 times.
I'm in the standard Ni2 setup i've done 1000 times.
Provider says it on my end but thats what they all say!
I have googled this and saw others having this exact issue but thsy gave no solutions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe post all your settings you have programmed for a PRI, that might help.

Have you tried a different protocol ,DMS,4e etc. Also try switching the descending to ascending.

Just remembered had one where the routing needed to be public not private.

I have had this issue with Time Warner. I am sorry because I don't remember the TW setting screen but they are probably getting a double message from the Norstar and then rejecting the call. Have them do a wireshark trace on their end to find this out. It took me 5 days to get them to find it but once they did they put an ignore on the second invite message within the switch and everything started working. IF you change your Protocol to DMS I believe your issue will revers and you will be able to make calls but not receive them but I firmly believe this is your issue.

What is the OLI. Sometimes if it is not the BTN it will reject calls.
