BCM400 3.7 - A customer is under-going remodel work and during this time a digital set will be unplugged for periods of time.
While the set is unplugged incoming calls to its Target Line ring busy instead of going to it's voicemail.

Call Pilot voicemail ext: 439
Extension: 245 - Setup: Fwd no answer: 439; Fwd on busy to: 439; Line assignment: 245 Appr&Ring; Vmsg set: Y;
Target Line: 245 - Setup: If busy -> To Prime (Prime set: 245)

I was sure there was still a way to get calls to go to voicemail even if the only phone with the line appearing is unplugged, maybe not?

In Callpilot look for Express Messaging under that mailbox and add the target line

You will also need to make the prime set for that target line the Call Pilot DN number (Feature 985) and then you can add that target line in the Express Messaging Line section of the mailbox.
