Team hello
I face an issue where after an upgrade to a BCM50 system from release 3.0 to 6.0 the system stopped presenting caller id on the analog sets ( GASI). The users cannot see the internal names from the other users too.
Any ideas?
thanks

Nikos

YES fully patched...
i will go onsite with another analog dect set to test if it is protocol-set issue or software issue.

Check your programming to see if caller I'd option has been ticked.

Check the set extension programming to see if the names are still there..

Some times a reboot us required to kick things back to life.

ON the GASM you do have the number 1 dip switch ON correct? That is what enables caller Id and D/S on those modules. Just making sure nobody changed that.

If It's Not Broken...Don't Fix It!

It is on BCM50b onboard analog stations o no dip switches.
