No voice media path means you have a network issue. Speak to the network folks and tell them that every IP set at every site needs to be able to speak with every IP set at every other site.

@Tman45 -- CS1000 4.5 = no MGCs. MC32s or ITG-Ps only. Check your ELAN cables and double-check the ELAN/TLAN adapter is secure. It could be a bad adapter.
