i have two opt11c that i need to newtwork using Ip trunk, i have two MC32 cards. I have read the NTP but a little confused about cabling the DCHIP card. Does this card physically connects to a PRI card using the DCHIP cable? Do i also need to do a normal Pri configuration? Let someone help me because it's my first ever IP config.

The two sites have just been upgraded to cs1000 5.5j on ssc

You will need a SDI/DCH card (NTAK02). You can use port 1 or 3 and ld 17 programe D-channel using CTYP=DCHI and USR=ISLD. Everything you can find them in Nortel book: IP Trunk Fundamentals.

1. MC32 cards don't use A DCHIP card. They are for ITG-P cards.
2. An SSC card running 5.5 only supports TDM.
3. IP Trunk 3.0 will not work on MC32 cards.
