    SPM & FIOS

You won't have any problems connecting to legend/magix systems since they use such a slow baud rate. Connecting to modems at speeds higher than 9600 are very unlikely. Same goes with any other VOIP type transport.

DIDWW, SIP and the IPO v4.2

Nothing changed but you rebuilt the config??? I would say rebuilding the config from scratch would qualify as a change. Sure you didn't miss something or make a typo?

    Break-apart D-Sub VGA cable?

A much easier option for the original poster would have been a "bulk cable" faceplate. Leviton and I'm sure others also have a faceplate that is spit in half with a small hole in the middle. The part number escapes me right now but I've used them many times for restaurants that want a printer...

Partner ACS R7 Remote VOIP Extension

The other option for transfers to the other office would be a DXD card or voicemail autoattendant setup for the CO port being used. It doesn't need a fancy greeting, just something to let the employee know it answered. It would still require a "double transfer" but would be seemless to the...

    Flash Hook using Centrex?

I have had success with using a "flashhook" button(not a shortcode but the actual function) programmed on digital phones but never had much luck with the shortcode on analog phones.

Magix to IPO via PRI - split data 3430 adtrans

The Adtrans in the middle will have little effect unless they are configured to drop channels for data use etc. If that is the case, you would just need to configure the "B" channels that are assigned in the Adtran for such use and verify that channel 24 is assigned to the port for the PRI.

Magix to IPO via PRI - split data 3430 adtrans

This might help... 1. Set Frame Format to Extended Super Frame Lines Trunks=>LS/GS/DS1=>enter slot + Enter =>Frame Format=>Extended Super Frame=>Enter. 2. Set Suppression Lines Trunks=>LS/GS/DS1=>enter slot + Enter =>Suppression=>B8ZS=>Enter. 3. Change Type to PRI. Lines...

mwi for remote ip phone for end user

You answered your own question. ;) All of the options you listed are valid. Another option might be to simply have the voicemail forward to email. I would say it is time to present the options to the customer and let them decide what would work best for them. My personal preference would be...

can I do this - - busy out line by connecting tip/ring together?

That's the easiest way. Although, the carrier should be able to busy out the line just as easy.
