Detewe licence site Login?

Hi all, I have only ever worked with pre-licenced base stations thus far, now while following the licencing procedure using the Detewe site it takes me to a Login/Password dialog. There is no mention of this in the licencing procedure or even an option to register to the site, our Disty does not know what I'm on about! Is this normal and if so where does this login come from?

This is normal and your Disti is the one who should be able to log on to that site.
